Rebecca is a designer with years of experience in both the commercial and residential industries. She has worked on a wide variety of projects with installations both in the domestic and international markets. As a designer and educator, she has years of experience in researching both the psychology and cultural aspects of color. She is passionate about making the right color choices for every job.

Lynsey has worked in the construction industry since 2009, with the majority of time spent in the commercial sector. Her passion for color and design comes from several years in the flooring and high-performance coatings divisions. Lynsey has partnered with owners, architects and designers to assist in providing the best quality product to fit the look and feel the space and owner requires. After 13 years of dedicated service and notable contributions, she was inducted into the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) 2023 Class for the College of Fellows.

Ruthanne's career as an interior designer includes experience in kitchen and bath design, custom furnishings, space planning and color consultations. She has focused specifically on color specifications since 2000 and has consulted on commercial and residential, along with historic restorations. Ruthanne uses the powerful influence color has in transforming a space and creating an atmosphere - providing the personalization and character everyone strives for.

Michelle has worked in the paint industry since 2009 and focuses on the Hospitality and Retail segments. Using her background in interior design, she loves working closely with owners, architects, and designers to create pleasing color palettes for each project.

Since 2011, Michelle has been in the design industry specializing in both residential and commercial design from initial concept through completion of projects.
